As per the title. Assume this is a hard restriction; this means no classes that learn any sort of spells from a spell list and have some kind of spell slots. So Fighter (no EK), Rogue (no AT), Barbarian, and Monk. A one-off ability that references a spell is OK.

Assume that some 3PP for some other non-caster classes would probably be allowed (I mean, you need a Warlord!). Classes and subclasses getting supernatural abilities are OK, as long as they don't get casting. Magic is still around in the setting, it's just in the form of magic items or other special items.

Are paladins okay if their slots only fuel smite?
