"Sometimes they will sometimes they won't. Mostly their there to teach you what they know. Mentor is just a title, anyone can be called a mentor, if they teach other people"

"So are you a mentor?"

"So have you helped teach anyone what to do, then?"

"Not teaching them what to do, teaching them how to do or teaching about things. For instance I don't know about blink dogs this morning, so that I have learned something new today."
