"Hi Thurgan!" mearran waves "No thankyou, I'd better stay with Laynie, seeing how she doesn't have anyone else . . . "Goodluck! If you have a few minutes, would you like to eat with us?"

"Good enuff, Mearran, got no time fer a meal," Thurgan replied, "Jus' didn' wanna leave ya hangin' . . . ."

Thurgan gave a wink to Laynie, then turned and headed back out of the restaurant, grumbling as usual.
