Iaijutsu Master for forgotten realms

Has anyone run into trouble bringing the Iaijutsu Master or other OA Prestige classes into the FR setting? Anyone felt it is unbalanced? If so does anyone have any recomended changes?

I, personally, don't think the iaijutsu master is that uber a class, but others disagree.

The Iajitsu Focus presents an interesting situation. Make all regular classes take it CC, or assign it to classes as OA advises, or some other option.

Personally I think it borders on overpowered, especially with the higher level things like 2 attacks for a standard action (nice with Spring Attack) and the ultra-surprise round thing.
