Ogham grumbles as the others attack the animal inside. He could've reasoned with it, the warforged thinks, but now any chance of diplomacy seems to have evaporated.
Instead, Ogham moves in front of his friend Rotom, ready to defend her if anyone comes within striking distance of his mace.

Round 1
DePoe stabbed at the worg, but the angle was hampered by the doorframe, so he didn’t hit any major organs, his sword slicing along the giant beast’s shoulder. It growled in pain and anger as DePoe slipped away. (assuming rogue bonus action Disengage to avoid OA)
Alara’s attack of blue flame missed the shifter, who grinned at her and brandished his shortsword.
Korra slid into the doorway DePoe had just vacated and slashed at the shifter, who seemed to ignore most of it, his thickened skin showing just a thin red line from the axe blow.
Rotom looked like she had a good shot lined up with her crossbow. The bolt pinged off of Korra’s shoulder pauldron, but still managed to lodge into the worg’s flank, causing the creature to yelp and bleed significantly.
Ogham stood ready with his mace, defending Rotom rather than trying to hit the shifter around the door frame.
The shifter had no such qualms about attacking, though, especially with a large half orc in front of him. He snarled and his shortsword darted out, only to be blocked by Korra’s shield (10 to hit). He tried to follow up by biting the half orc, but was deflected by her chainmail. (8 to hit)
The worg tried to attack, but the odd angle of attacking the half orc through the door defeated it. (16 to hit).

Alara let fly another bolt of blue flame. This time the shifter's quick reflexes were not quite enough to save him, as the bolt singed his arm even as he tried to duck away.
Ogham warns his allies as the familiar green glow in his chest flares once more. The warforged points a finger at the ground beneath the shifter’s feet, and a bonfire erupts on the spot.

Casting the Create Bonfire cantrip. The shifter (and anyone moving into the fire) must make a Dex save or take 1d8 fire damage.

Alara blasted the shifter with a bolt of blue flame, singeing him.
DePoe put down the word with an arrow in the heart.
Ogham creates a bonfire beneath the shifter. For now, the man manages to dance away from the flames. (Rolled a 15 on the save) It does distract him enough so that Rotom can hit him with a crossbow bolt in the shoulder.
The shifter took another slice at Korra with his short sword, just managing to get under her her guard, (18 to hit, 6 piercing damage) followed up with trying to bite her, but missing. Then he danced back out of the fire Ogham had created.
