(IC) The Chaos principle

"Lovely. Pandemonium. Wonderful plane, nice comfortable caves, breezy weather, and no annoying sunbeams. I'll pass, thank you," Quillia says, her voice cheery, though her expression says otherwise.

:And I'm no snack, you big toad! I am at least a well-made and adored desert!: Preena adds telepathically, giving a small mental giggle.

"Well lad, that impress me. The old dwarf had never seen such thing before." Kharas said just after the transformation. After that, he fall silent and observe quietly, his hand on his short sword.

"If I were you, I'd be worried that someone has managed to cast a spell that they not only they haven't prepared, but don't even have in their spell book," Takarna's mind moves towards casting again.

OOC:
I think that would count as an epic use of bluff, given that there isn't an "Intimidate Someone by doing something Stupid and Making Them Wonder Why" skill. Of course he doesn't have bluff

Lacking understanding of the arcane matters that are being discussed, Harald simply stows his bow, flexes his claws and smiles. "If you are not bound, come and prove your claims. Elsewise, answer the lady's questions."

Susanna raises her hands to her companions in warning.

"Slaad, the circle is not the spell that binds you, it is my will! You will start by being polite and answering my questions truthfully and to the full extent of your knowledge without twisting the meaning of my words to aid your lies and deceit."

Susanna waits for the creature to answer before moving from question to question.

"Who is behind these attacks, the master or masters that are co-ordinating the source of the distirbances on this world?"

"Where can we find the main encampment of fortress of the creatures behind this, and where does the bulk of their forces lay?"

"Tell me of any known weakness of these forces, being a creature of chaos you have no doubt kept your eyes and ears open for the chance to betray and seize power."

Susanna looks about with open eyes, encouraging anyone with questions that she can force the creature to answer.

The Slaad looks around at those assembled.

"A triad of forces threatens your world. A council of Slaad even more
powerful than i, An Infernal of great power, And a representative of
the Far Realms."

He pauses.

"the main encampment of the Slaad and our allies can be located in
Pandemonium, the bulk of the armies are on theyre respective planes."

"The only weakness i know of is the fact we are 3 seperate factions
with the same agenda, it is well known there is very little trust
between the three factions."

"I know there are allies on this plane who, what, or where they are
is beyond my knowledge"

ooc: I have timed the convo to this point and by my estimation you
have rougly 6 rounds left before his compulsion is over.

Elendel, still not confortable bringing attention to himself, apsentmindedly moves up the wall to the corner of the room and ceiling to get a better shot at the creature, if there was a need... which looks like there will not be.

He then thinks about the answers provided. Does it mean that the three factions are of different planes when it said 'their respective planes'? Are all three factions then slaad, or whatever they call themselves? Eitherway, we now know that multiple planes are involved, but only now of one of them. Further, though we know the planes, it does not mean that we know WHERE on that plane such an encampment is. OF course assuming planes are a large thing with lots of space. I think I reme, ber that they are endless, but I'm a simple ranger... what do I know?
