Kraven The waitress droops you food and ale off and whispers to you "Sir you may want to look around town and aksed a few questions there. Since I know nothing else other then the rumors that have been flying sround this day." As you keep scanning the room, you do not see any other theives, although the grizzled dwarf has grabbed your attention, since his constant scanning of the room matches yours.

ironskulls The waitrees then turns towards you and asks, "Coming right up, 2 ales and a regular house special"

Beregost The waitress catches your eye and holds up a finger silently telling you just a moment.


Ybor Phayde Your excellent hearing picks up pieces of the whispered conversation between Kraven and the waitress. Making you wonder whether they may need your help.

"Kraven, I think after we have our bellies full, we must approach anothers in the room for help. I have a feeling this is bigger than it seems in the limited conversation in the room. I have noticed two others here that seem interested in our actions. We must approach with caution as this is not the finest section of town, but other skills are welcome if we get into any trouble!"

When the waitress reaches him, Beregost orders an ale before heading over to where Kraven and Ironskulls sit. "Hail fellow travellers, what brings you to this place".

Ybor notices a small group of travelers gather at a table, a human, gnome, and the half-orc he saw when he first entered. After finishing the last of his drink he slowly tries to move to the table next to them, as to not be noticed.

He takes a seat within earshot poors some more liquid into his cup and listens to their conversation as he sips quietly.

The grizzled dwarf takes a interest in the group, watching as you form into a seasoned looking band. The wizard and knight also cast sidelong glances at your group, speculating about you now.

Beregost The waitress thunks down your ale on the table.

ironskulls The waitress then slides your food on the table and puts your 2 ales before you.


Kraven You notice that the dwarf has had some traing in the way of thieves by his understated interest in your tabel. Although for some reason you know he is more then a thief.


Ybor Phayde Nobody seems to be taking a interest in you at this time.

To Beregost: "Hello, we seek treasure and adventure! Also, the Ale on this side is quite good as the hops they use are exceptional!! (I'm a homebrewer guys, had to throw that in). There seems to be quite a stir about town and I see others among us that are strangers to this area that are also interested in the goings on. What brings you to this side and what skills can you bring to our table? I am not sure of Kravens thoughts, but I always welcome company and look forward to help when in need, especially when facing something that is such a mystery as it seems here."
To Kraven: "We must extrude as much info as we can while here and head out to the point of interest as quickly as possible. Where there is trouble, there is usually something to be gained also!"

The talk in the pub is getting louder, and the rumors start to fly around room with blazing speed. once agin you here about the Molkin Twins disappearance and the various raids on farmers and travelers by the goblins. This goblin problem seems to have the town afire with fever. A few inhabitiants of Botkinburg get to leave and go to work, but are replaced by more of the towns working class.

As your group forms the various interested parties in the pub take a stronger interest in what you may do.

 

[Ybor Phayde]

Ybor, makes eye contact with the human in the group next to him as he says "anyone else wanta tag along". after the comment is made he looks into his cup and takes a sip of his tea and pretends he's not interested. Ybor waits for the party to leave the pub and starts to follow keeping his distance and trying to stay unoticed for the most part.
