Ice/Snow variants for Hobgoblins and Bugbears?

I am planning to run a homebred adventure or two involving goblinoids, white dragons and snowy mountains.

Now, I found Snow Goblin in frostburn. But are there any ice/snow variant subraces for Hobgoblins and Bugbears? I have most of the monster books but don't have many of the Farune/Eberron related products. So I may have overlooked something.

If there is no such races, I will just let bigger goblinoids wear furs and heavy cloaks.

Thanks in advance.

Well, here are arctic goblins and the general arctic trait:

Racial Traits

Arctic goblins have the general arctic racial trait described above and all goblin racial traits, with additions and exceptions as noted below.

* -2 Strength, +2 Constitution, -2 Charisma. Arctic goblins are hardy creatures, but weaker than many races.
* Low-Light Vision: An arctic goblin can see twice as far as a human in starlight, moonlight, torchlight, and similar conditions of poor illumination. She retains the ability to distinguish color and detail under these conditions.
* No darkvision.
* +2 racial bonus on Bluff and Sleight of Hand checks: Arctic goblins are natural thieves, snatching up anything that isn't nailed down.
* No racial bonus on Move Silently checks: Arctic goblins aren't as stealthy as their nonarctic cousins.

And call it a day.

Heck, energy resist [cold] 1 is enought to insulate against most natural cold.

The Blood Ghost Berserker D&D minis (from Wardrums) are bugbears with barbarian levels and are very arctic-looking.

I am in the middle of running an arctic/mountains campaign and I made heavy use of snow goblins, regular hobgoblins, and blood ghost berserkers.

You can slap on the Cold Element template from Manual of the Planes or just give them the Cold subtype and fire weakness.

Dragon Magic has Frostblood Orcs and Half-Orcs... it also has Sunscorch Hobgoblins..

Probably would be very easy to mix and match their traits to get something you'd like.

This. And throw in the Toughness feat for free if you think they should be extra tough. Hobgoblins & Bugbears aren't overpowered for their CR.

In my experience, adding the Cold subtype to a creature in a cold environment actually weakens it (despite it making sense) as everyone stocks up on fire spells not cold spells.
