Umm, the Red Dragon''s Base is at least an inch, if not too big for the "colossal" category.
The fig is too big, even before you consider the pose they use.

There is no "too big" for the colossal category. It has a minimum, but covers everything larger than that minimum as well.

Heh, I forgot that I do own a humongous white dragon - the Fire Dragon from McFarlane's Dragon series 1 -
<snippic>

Though I use him for a 'unique' dragon. In my mind he is the Hrymfire dragon. Filthy, with tattered wings, the PCs have dealt with him three times so far.

The Auld Grump

The Large Green is one of my favorite figures, but has that same goofy "looking back" look. Variation is good, but I'd prefer if the figures looked like they're on the attack, since most of them will be. Similarly, the new Large White Dragon looks like he's frozen. Or maybe he thinks if he doesn't move, no one will see him...

Huge Gold looks like he's starting a conversation, Collosal Red at least looks like someone got into his control zone and he's belching flame at them.

Oh, no. There isn't one 'official' figure that defies the base/size/ratio formula...

It didn't click at first, but now I see where the confusion is.

Medium bases are 5', but medium figures of 5' height or thereabouts, their height does not match the base diameter. This is what I meant by "size/base/ ratio". The figures have never been in sync with their base size, as in the size that their base takes up. In fact, most Large mounted figures slightly overlap, which means that they are not in scale with the 10' terrain they master.

Also, the Large Maug is bigger than the Huge Spider. :)

Much nicer than the horrible large white dragon I got in my first box of Night Below minis:

Are you joking or are you serious? I really can't tell if you are or not so I'll assume that you aren't.

The Barbarian is Wulfgar. The "tiefling" is in fact a male Drow by the name of Drizzt Do'Urden, one of the most iconic Forgotten Realms (and D&D) characters known. He is the subject of about 15 novels by R.A. Salvatore.

If you were joking, then I just made myself look like an idiot! :)
As has been suggested, I was kidding. (Mostly: while I had an idea that Tha Drizz had a Barbarian of some sort in his posse, I didn't know the name; and I wouldn't have know who Tha Drizz was if I hadn't seen arguments about look-alikes on the web...)

Don't feel bad about giving me the info, however; you weren't the one being silly and/or snarky.

In case you guys are wondering, the casting call for Drizzt and Wulfgar has already been answered.

Nah. If you insulted Drizzt's mother in his presence, he'd probably join you and tell you that you were, in fact, flattering her. "Hateful old birch!" ;)
