Sucks that I have to wait for a group to get high enough level to take them on...Take a lower CR dragon and bump its size category a couple of notches. A Large blue dragon is CR 8. Two size increases could bump it to (I'm guesstimating here) CR 12-14. Far less than the CR 20 it would otherwise have. That's the problem that I would have. My PC's are currently 7th level. It will be a long time before they even face a Gargantuan Dragon considering they are CR 20+. On top of that is the fact that Dragons are very tough for their CR to begin with.

Personally I think that they look cool but I don't think that I could justify spending that much money to get any of them since they would almost never see any use in my game.

They do come with oversized stat cards for both Minis and D&D, but IIRC they have pretty much the CR given in the MM (20 for the wyrm black, 21 for the ancient blue and 26 for the great wyrm red).sjmiller said:Just out of curiosity, do the dragons come with stats pregenerated? I would be interested in seeing what the CR levels are for the dragons. The blue would be used, if I had it, and maybe the black. I think the red is overpriced, to be honest.
