There are only 4 prestige classes I'm aware of, and no base classes, that give you access to 2nd level spells with less than 3 levels.
Blighter grants you 2nd level Divine spells with 2 class levels. Druid base class though, and won't fit what it sounds like is the rest of your build.
Ur-Priest grants you 2nd level Divine spells with 2 levels in the class. It's not usable for someone who's worshiping a god already.
Now,
Chameleon from Races of Destiny grants you 2nd level Divine spells with only 1 level dip into the class. It's only available to Humans and Dopplegangers, perhaps your DM will let you flex that part.
Finally,
Divine Crusader from Complete Divine grants you 2nd level Divine spells with 2 levels. You need a BAB of +7 to qualify, but it otherwise sounds like it would fit.
Maybe you could help us understand your build so far? A Battlesmith requires BAB+5, while a Hammer of Moridin requires BAB +7, so neither of these classes are you entering right away. Perhaps a single level dip into Chameleon or 2 levels of Divine Crusader will get you what you're looking for.
Honestly, since Hammer of Moridin doesn't progress or benefit spellcasting in any way, I really don't understand what that requirement is in there for. Is there any way of asking your DM to remove or replace that requirement with something better suited?
