D&D 5E Ideas for a mobile lock down martial type

With TCoE, there are additional options like feats and maneuvers to really help this theme.

What is the theme?

A martial character who is exceptional at moving through the battlefield in a hurry (so things like misty step or bonus actions to dash), and when they get there, can lock down enemies, like a battle master or sentinel feat.

The question is, how would you go about building a PC like this? I see so many options.

5e unfortunately makes this really hard by removing the voluntary movement out of a threatened square without taking a 5 foot step/shift AoOs. Sentinel is about the extent of it

Cavalier Fighter + Mobile
Open Hand Monk + Sentinel + Mage slayer
Eagle Totem Barbarian + Fighting Initiate (Unarmed FS)

Huge movement, including along walls or water, and the ability to Stun something when you get there.
