If I bought WoTC I would......[your answer here]

...bring back the Dungeons and Dragons cartoon!

Preferably with the original cast voices wherever possible, only it'd be in more of a manga style, content wise, so that people could actually have weapons and use them on the enemies!

But Dungeon Master would look EXACTLY the same. Forever.

Like many have said, I'd find someone who knows what they're doing to run the company except for a few pet projects.

In my case, this means that a revised d20 WoT (nothing radical, just including the unofficial erratta, and tweaking some classes a bit) would be published about nine months after Crossroads of Twilight and then nine months after book 12 if it's not the last book in the series. I'd also alternate between publishing a mega-adventure and a sourcebook every year until the series was done. Eighteen months after the last book in the series is published, I'd release a special edition, including rules for stuff that wasn't in earlier editions to avoid spoilers.

I'd also add the classes and channeling system to the SRD after removing WoT-specific terms, suggesting the rules as a base for d20-ing other epic fantasy novel settings.
