If you could have one super power....

I would choose the power over books:

Specifically, I could gain the powers of any character in any book, and I can enter the worlds of the books too.

Then if I run out, I would write some interesting books with characters who have cool powers :)

Flight is neat
Invisibility is neat
Telepathy has its moments

The power of healing myself would be good but to heal others would be awesome.

Let me clarify that-

To cure cancer would be great. To be paid millions to do it is nicer

To cure a bum knee would be nice- to cure a star athlete during the champion ship game is profitable.

Invited to victory party- priceless

I'd have to go with the hyper-intelligence as well. I'd think about telepathy, but then with a sufficient level of hyper-intelligence you could spot patterns in how people do things and divine what they were up to from that.

Is omnipotence a super-power? If so, I'd vote for omnipotence. Being able to do anything pretty much covers all my bases.

Power Ring, of the Kyle Rayner Green Lantern not impeded by yellow variety. :D

But that's really more equipment than a power - if I had to pick something internal, I think I'd go with shapeshifting/mimicry. The ability to look, sound, and act like anyone.

You're powers are pathetic!

Give me MIND CONTROL
  • get into any place I want to
  • have any woman I want
  • command the guy who can fly to give me a ride
  • command the guy who can control take to time to take me into the past
  • control the government
  • control the media

In fact, there's very little I *couldn't* accomplish with mind control.
