I think It'd be a toss up between eternal youth/regenerative immortality, since I could figure out how to do anything I wanted to do in time; or time control since it could effectively engender immortality, and would give me all the time I needed when I needed

In fact, there's very little I *couldn't* accomplish with mind control.
