Uuum what does 'call out' mean? Do you mean 'call in' as in 'call in sick'?

I'd get drunk, personally, and smash some PCs up... then ram some iPhones, Blackberry's, netbooks and (if I was really drunk) laptops in Hasbro's legal department's orifices.

What the hell is wrong with you people?

Why don't you all go and get some sleep and wait until WotC releases it's official statement before throwing your poo around?

If I were Scott I would be going out in public letting my customers know there is at least one person left at WOTC that knows how bad their customer relations have been, and how stupid this latest move is.

I'm assuming (hoping) that Scott had nothing to do with this decision. I feel bad for him because he tends to get the blame for things like this, earned or not.

Ummm they were capable of stopping, with immediate effect, any more PDFs from a couple of companies; why were they not capable of informing their customers at the same time. They have a website, they should USE it.

A company (and I in no way think this is anything to do with Scott, it'll be 'up in legal' or whatever) in today's information-centric world cannot carry out a major change in policy, without any official announcement, and expect to get a polite 'oh that is interesting, I will politely wait to be informed why I cannot get that PDF of PHB2 I ordered but haven't downloaded yet'. This is another fiasco which directly effects customers and has been very very poorly handled. If they gave us the information we could debate that, they haven't so they can suck up teh nerd rage IMO.
