i've got over 100 names on my ignore list.

ENWurld is the only place on the internet i feel a need to use it.

Sheesh, EN World is the one place that I don't think an ignore list is needed at all. But then again, I doubt diaglo will see this post.

The only person I've ever truly considered ignoring seems to have been banned...I no longer see his posts. So my shiny ignore button has yet to see use.

Currently nobody, but I've had folks on it in the past.

Most of the people I've added aren't folks that tick me off; they're often folks who just post too many "fluffy" posts.

Not that I don't post mostly fluffy posts as well, though. Maybe that's why I mostly stopped using it.

Hm. Interesting, because this place is pretty darned tame. Is "ENWurld" the only place on the internet you make use of a repetetive tagline that's likely to cheese off a significant portion of the population?

I find the ignore list pointless on EN World. On other boards, if someone's on your ignore list, you never see any posts by them. Here, you see a little box that tells you that person posts but doesn't show it to you. However, it does allow you to click on a link to see the post. Why? It's just going to make people with grudges more intrigued at what the "" posted so they can get pissed off all over again.

nope. i use it on at least 14 other sites.

edit: i've been using on the TSR site since 99 or so. although, i was on that site since 97.

I used to have someone on my list, but they do not post here any more. The reason he got ignored you ask? He chased me around several threads flinging insults. It was quite annoying.
