I think you're confused. There's no big book out at all that could be abbreviated as TWG. In fact, the second of the setting books, the ones that's not yet finished with layout, could possibly have that acronym.

I was refering to the Tabletop Wargame.

I have been looking forward to this since they announced it in (I think) 1977. It will be mine...

No, the Iron Kingdoms stuff is so cool, it just feels like we've been waiting that long. :)

Indeed the first year was just annoucement.
The second year was the test of the faithful.
The third year we are in is the relevation!

**SNIP** Any sight of any publication will be banned, nah! burned!!!
Feh. FEH, I say!

.......Infidel.

The third year is the year of flaggellation, where the tested faithful are scourged by Privateer Press staff members just for fun.

The fourth year the Holy Hard Drive that contains the sacred text will fail its integrity, and all will be lost. (Literally.)

The fifth year, the Press of the Privateer just going to flat-out lie to us and tell us that it's at the printer--but it won't be. The People will respond with much wailing and gnashing of teeth, and even a few sack-cloths (or is that -clothes?) and ashes just to be thorough.

Lo, in the Sixth Year of Sacred Waiting will the Text of the Kingdom of Iron finally be unveiled to the world, and lo, the People will tremble.

And I think you mean "nay," rather than "nah".

Silly infidels.

I would like to say that because of Privateer Press' lengthy wait on releasing this (really lengthy) that I have lost interest. However, I can't. I have been anxiosly awaiting this for so long that I kind of know what it is like when the Isrealites eventually found the promised land . . .

I have the sense that this is gonna be a great addition to anyone's game.

The Iron Kingdoms Campaign Guide....

Actually your wrong IKCG stands for Iron Kingdom Character Guide not Campaign Guide. The World Guide isn't out until next quarter according to their schedule which although is only a few weeks away is more likely to be 3 to 6 months (or even years) away by Privateer Press standards.

So you get an expanded character primer but not the DM information need to play... and the price of getting the setting has gone from $30 to $80 (unless you bought the earlier character primer then its even more expensive).

Yep, much saddness... I am just going to break down and buy Eberron. Man it looks cool. I think I will just import things that I like from Iron Kingdom (the Monster book especially) into an Eberron camp now instead of wait any more for these books (especially if I wait for the CampBook that MIGHT be out at the end of the year).

Man I go back and forht about this because IK is very cool, but man it is a PAIN to wait for this stuff (at least for me ;))
