Male, 32, been playing since 1980. I usually GM, so I'm looking to be a player for a change-of-pace.
Ideally seeking a group in the Naperville area, or at least the Western suburbs, though a weeknight group in the Elmwood/Oak Park area is possible.
My primary interest is D&D3e, though I'm also open to other games, particularly Champions/HERO or SAS.
Style: While I have nothing against hack-n-slash, I lean more towards games that focus on thinking and on the story. Particularly open to diverse groups (I'm married; no secret agenda here
). Again, change-of-pace.
Gaming experience: D&D/AD&D1e/D&D3e, Champions, Call of Cthulhu BRP, Rolemaster, Villains & Vigilantes, Star Frontiers (waaaay back), and Top Secret (ditto). Own(ed) another couple hundred...
