I'm looking for a spell

This last week I could swear I read a spell. I want to say it was called Armor Contingecy. If I remember correctly, you cast it on your armor, it lasts 1 hour per level and when the contingency event happens (within the duration) the armor appears on you fully donned and ready to go.

The problem is, I've poured over my books and I can't find it anymore? Has anyone heard of this spell before? I could have sworn it was in one of my WotC books, but now I'm not so sure. Does anyone know where to find it? Does it even exist?

Only thing I could find (via Google) was a spell from Arcana Evolved.

There was a magic item in (Dragon/Dungeon?) that was a basically a suit of full plate armor stored in a belt. On command, the armor would spring into existence on you, and on command, you could store it back in the belt.

Theres also the Rod of Arming. Don't remember off hand what book its in. One of my players used it in an epic game I ran. Basiclly lets you store a set of gear, including armor and weapons in the rod, to use a standard action to put it on by activating the rod..

Defenders of the Faith (3.0 paladin & cleric splatbook) also had an armor special ability (+1 value) that did the same thing (keep your armor stored in your backpack, say the command word, & then you're wearing the armor instantly).
