I've played 5th edition as is for a while, and almost every aspect of the game is absolutely perfect for me. It's the best edition so far. For one of my current gritty campaigns, however, the natural healing rules aren't working to make combat scary enough. Therefore, I wrote up some gritty healing and injury rules here.
They may be of use to some of you, but I know they won't work for even most of you. I just thought I'd post these for the people who have been wanting something like this.
I've also added this file to the downloads section here. Please click through the first link if you can, though, I want to be able to track how many people have seen it to get an idea of its impact. This will help me decide which topics to cover in the future.
