immune to pioson = immune to drug?

in the book of vile darkness they made the bad guys (evil clerics etc) into drug dealers. Does the immunity to pioson include immunity to drugs? Like a Monks ability, or a demons immunity to pioson, a saints +4 vs pioson?

I'd just like to point out that it's poison, not pioson.

I think that drugs were introduced in Lords of Darkness. Here's a relevant quote:

In game terms, all drugs function like poisons, and allow the imbiber initial and secondary saving throws to resist their effects. Delay poison, neutralize poison and similar effects negate or end a drug's effects, but do not restore hit points, ability scores, or other damage caused by the substance

Yes, as I realized when I noticed that my high-level dwarf druid could no longer get drunk. That was a sad, sad day for him.
We've joked about this in-game, with the druid going on a bender just before he ascends to a state of purity where he can no longer be affected by alcohol.
