Question for you:

We can either :

- break the news to Morrus in the chat room at a scheduled time

- tell him we've raised some money and then tell him the exact amount at GenCon

- tell him in the chat room how much we've raised, and then give him a money order at the ENnies, where we can take a photo

- tell him by inviting him to a thread.

Any preferences? I'd rather he know how much before GenCon, so that he can budget (or not!) appropriately, but I'll go with the will of the people.

I would definately agree that we tell him before GenCon, like you said Piratecat....As to then when and how the Chat Room would be very cool, but that might be hard with the deifferent time zones and all but could be pulled off. I still say we need someone there with him regardless to take pictures since I know I want to see his face and I am sure ther are others. More importantly I think he would want the pictures as well.
