Improved Weapon Finesse?

Yea I didn't make that clear. As Weapon Finesse replaces the to hit bonus for STR with DEX, so Imp WF replaces the damage for STR with DEX. It does not add with STR. There, I think that should have it cleared up for everyone.

I still don't understand the need for this feat, IMNSHO. Does this also extends to ranged weapons, too?
