well, they were still "cut" from the movie, and that means they have to cram in all of those scenes into the third movie.

One quarter of the last book is appendices, which aren't going to make it into the movie (or have already been touched on). Another quarter takes place after the climactic battle (the scouring of the Shire and the ride to the Grey Havens). Once you take these out, there's lots of room to put other things in.

Jack, something I liked in the first movie was the part in Moria where the goblins were scuttling down the pillars in pursuit of ther party. Maybe you could give them several ranks in Climb, or maybe even give 'em spider climb based on that.

Well, I contemplated a spider climb 1/day bit, but I didn't want anything that might boost the CR too high, even though I wanted it firmly established that there would be no goblin PCs in my campaign beyond half-orcs... but in the end, I settled with a +4 bonus to Climb, seeing as how +4 seems to be the standard skill bonus size for 1st-level "mook" baddies.

PJ has already said that the scouring won't be in ROTK. Leaves plenty of room for anything that got left out of the end of TTT.

Hey,

Just looked at the stuff again and I REALLY like your Kobalds. The trow are really neat to.

The spider climb ability that everyone is talking about would be neat, by why have it? Don't think it should be there, IMHO.

Good job on the monsters though.
