Not someone famous, so I'll keep this out of the remembrance thread...
I lost one of my gamers tonight, one of the founders of my Deadlands group. Actually, he passed yesterday afternoon, but I learned of it tonight. He'd been battling a brain tumor for a long time, and had stepped away from the gaming table some time back. We visited him in hospice when we could, and brought him stories of the game, and the player's lives.
I'll be wrapping up the campaign he was in kind of quickly now. It seems appropriate for the folks to move on to a new story, now that his is over.
