In Stone the Runes were Carved

Troll Lord

First Post
The Troll Lords have at last unearthed the mighty Runes Stones of the Dwarves of old. These stones, called the Ondlucheon in the Old Tongue, the Paths of Umbra by the Magi are most commonly known as the Winter Runes.

We have found their likenesses sketched on a page of Briesach's "Histories of Erde" and have put them up in the dens for your curiosity.

That is a nice cover. How's the project itself coming along? It'll be interesting to see how this fares against the Path of the Magi from Citizen Games and the SL Book on Wizards and Sorcerers.

Thanks for the good word on the cover, Joe.

The project is off target by a month or so. Myself and Todd are the main writers (we are the ones who wrote Heart of Glass) but we've been tackling GG World Builder for the past several weeks. We decided to rearrange the content once more...

As for comparing, I won't say as yet. We've got Justin Bacon on board and he's working with Todd on the mechanics of the RuneMarks, the new core class. I'll be building much of the mythology around the Rune Lords, the Umbra and other various assundries that the RuneMark draws his power from.

We also posted the first Runes up on the web page if you care to have a look see. Link should be on the homepage, scroll down a bit.

Thanks again for the good word!

Steve
