In which book is the yeti in 3e?

I think I saw a 3e conversion of the yeti in a 3e book - but I just can't find this most elusive of creatures again now. :p Or do I misremember...? :)

Maybe I'm confusing it with some other furry, then; probably the quaggoth or something similar.

I already used one quaggoth in 3e: Against a party of two first-level monks.
They killed it...

There is a yeti in OA.
W00t!

There it is - page 199, trying to hide from me, the little rascal... Heh. I checked my Monster Manuals, Monsters of Faerun, etc. - but it didn't occur to me to look for it in OA. :p

Thanks much, hong! :)

Alas, I don't have the ToH yet. :p

I guess that it might come in handy for some of the conversions that I'm doing ATM, though - e.g., Temple of Elemental Evil, Giant series (which I need the yeti for, BTW), Drow series, and some other 1e and 2e modules... :)

The ToH and OA yetis are different. Can't say how as I don't own OA. But ToH... now that is a MONSTER book. I would recommend it to anyone. Tons of oldy goodness. Some have mentioned it's sometimes low-quality artwork, but I bought it primarily for the stats. ToH is a book I think most DM will find they use over and over, maybe (for me, at least) more than the MM.

GO BUY ToH!!
