d20 Modern Incantations are basically the Epic spells of Urban Arcana. You don't need to be a spellcaster to use them, but you do need ridiculously high skill bonuses (as with Epic spells). Incantations generally reproduce 6th level spell effects (or lower level spell effects for spells that weren't deemed appropriate in Modern, like polymorph) - normal spellcasting tops out at 5th level spells.Jürgen Hubert said:
