Incarnate opinions?

If anyone is familiar with both the Relics & Rituals Incarnate PrC and the Secrets & Societies version, I'd like to hear your opinion on how they compare to each other and PrC's in general.

I think the Se&So version of the Incarnate is better than the R&R version in several ways. The R&R Incarnate has a prerequisite of Quicken Spell, which is not useful for the character at the time when he takes the prestige class, whereas the Se&So version requires a feat that the druid can use right away. Also, the Se&So version allows the character to turn into non-average creatures, which makes sense, since these are the character's past lives, and they shouldn't all be completely average. Unfortunately, the Se&So version has a number of sloppy cut and paste errors and incorrect examples (whereas the R&R version has only one incorrect example, iirc) on some fairly important areas. The Se&So version, however, makes the assumption of other forms a variant of wildshape which is a plus, imho, allowing it to be part of an already established set of rules; however, I don't think the Se&So Incarnate was able to take into account the changes to wildshape in MotW.

Compared to other prestige classes? Uh... that's a little vague, so I'll leave that to others to answer.
