Info Request for Monsterous Humanoid PrCs

Okay, I'm going to work up some Monstrous Humanoid PrCs (like the Gnoll-as-PrC), since IMC Mosterous Humanoids aren't races but rather are humans (or other "free races") that have voluntarily chosen to serve a Demon-Prince.

Now, I need some help choosing the Demon-Prince for some Monsterous Humanoids, specifically:

• Medusa
• Harpy -- Pazuzu is an Air and Disease demon, so I don't feel he's totally appropriate -- I'd prefer a Song-based demon
• Minotaur -- Baphomet has been mentioned, where can I get more info?
• Troglodyte -- More info on Lagozed, anyone? (Not stats, but worship-info.)
• Doppleganger?
• Aranea

Lagozed is a foul and corrupt demon-prince, even among his ilk. His dogma is to spread blight and decay, and his followers believe in a dogma of exploitation and consumption. At least in my campaign, where he's a major power. I recall that Kamikaze Midget recently explored his take on Lagozed in the Diety-a-Week thread on the House Rules board.

Dopplegangers are traditionally neutral, so a demon would probably be out-of-place for them. If your dopplegangers are evil, though, Grazzt, being a seducer and deciever, wouldn't be too bad, although you might want to make them LE and choose a Lord of the Nine (like Baalzebuul, lord of lies).
It might be cliche, but Lolth could be the patron of araneas. Or, of course, you could just make up a new arachnid demon, and make drider a PrC for Lolth.

Drider PrC for Lolth is a great idea, since I'm not big on Drow IMC. (The world lacks an Underdark, and Elves can be evil jerks without being any specific color.)

I've been thinking about Pazuzu, and I'm going to make the Marashi (from the MM2) his minions. They're Evil, flying, and they spread disease.

Baalzebuub is a great idea for Dopplegangers. IMC, they are Evil, becuase their niche is killing people and impersonating them -- or impersonating people in order to kill other people. In either case, they're elite assassins.

I'll make a new Demon-Princess for Aranea -- the Mother of Bebeliths. Lolth will remain the web-spinner, while Aranekk will be the patron of hunting spiders.

1E D&DG had laogzed with god-stats; i don't recall if monstrous mythology did or not.

monstrous mythology had a demon lord/god for yuan-ti also, that i don't recall ever seeing anywhere else.

Medusae are a tricky one- you might need a new one for them.

You might consider Juiblex for dopplegangers. They could be liquids like Odo on DS9.

If you are willing to consider arch-devils for the lawful races, then Geryon would be a good pick for Medusas.

I'm going to use only Ethereal Dopplegangers, which will be minions of both Levistus and Baalzebub. (Ethereal Dopplegangers are in the MM2, with a starting CR 15.) Levistus for their memory wipe power, and Baalzebub for the general deception & violence thingy.

IMC, Yuan-Ti worship Yig (aka "the Yellow Sign"), who is an Old Power from beyond the Outer Darkness.

nay! meershaulk was indeed the main yuan-ti, but he was a "slumberer" like the bullywug god ramenos. therefore, IIRC a tanar'ri usurper (name was something like sssetherperqassitsh or something) tried to weasel his way in. when i get a chance to look at the book again, i'll provide more info.
