Insider confirmation lag?

I got my confirmation almost instantly. All I had to do was refresh my email inbox. I could access content immediately, too.

I ran into a couple bugs when I signed up last night (using Firefox). You have to be signed into your account before you click the subscribe link, otherwise you get an error. Once you subscribe, you have to log out of your account and then log back in before you can see subscriber content. Once I did that it worked okay.
