First question;
The skill power Insightful Riposte is a free action; The human racial power, Heroic Effort, is no action; they both have triggers "you miss with an attack," so, I was wondering, can you combine the bonus from each power to add to a single missed attack? Or does that violate some rule? Like some sort of rule about triggers?
Second question;
(perhaps similar to the Wand of Accuracy question/debate) The Soul Thief level 11 paragon feature Soul Theft states; "You can spend a Soul Shard as a free action to gain a +1 bonus to a single attack roll, saving throw, skill check, or ability check. . . "
Can you spend the Soul Shard after you make the roll?
Can you spend multiple Soul Shards on one roll? (I'm thinking, no)
