Average will go up by 4/#PC in our case less than one if there is one PC with Init. not worth it

Pretty sure Daxio has it. I take it for most characters.

I never did, it sounds great, but high roll either from you or the enemy invalidates it, it only affects first round and only high level chars have good chance and powers to make it good

Yeah, I think I've got a nice idea from your debate, and I can say where everyone's heart goes on the topic, so to speak.

I'm just gonna follow through with the character-by-character initiative and break the posts in character-couple batches. That way I can give the enemies another level of strategy to work with and the game will be fair to everyone. I'll just roll enemies in blocks, and if there's a sensible difference on their own initiatives, I'll roll two blocks of enemies to reflect the distinction.
