Just wanted to point out that this week is International Womens Week...

Oh yeah, and er... buy Ambient Inc. books and support one of the few (if not only) RPG company with a female CEO. Yeah!
IIRC Ann Dupuis (sp?) runs Greyghost Press.

BTW when is International Mens Week?
More importantly, when is International Gamers' Week?

I hope there isn't one at all. It would be pretty pointless - we already have too many '-days' and '-weeks' as it is...

I agree. ;) I was being a little sarcastic.

In the UK, we have fewer dedicated days, weeks and months than in North America. And the ones we do have are mostly ignored even by the people they're supposed to be dedicated to.

Yeah, I am from Slovakia (even though I am currently 'studying' in Vancouver) and we have far too many 'celebrations' dedicated to such a multitude of causes that nobody even knows what is celebrated when. If we were to keep up with it all we would probably be in one constant celebration - Mother's Day, Women's Day, Father's Day, Earth Day, Children's Day, Labour Day, AIDS Day, .... NO MORE!!!!

Oh, and to further the confusion, it appears that people in North America celebrate many of their -days at different times of the year to people in Europe.
