Diirk,
A monk can't normally flurry with kukris. IIRC, there's a feat called Martial Flurry that would aleviate this.

a kama isnt horribly different than a dagger ;) (at least to me, they are weilded slightly differently and look a bit different, but hey) kamas can be used in flurry

Isn't it a bit strange that they changed all the other 'wounding' stuff in 3.5 to Con damage, but forgot this one?

J

There's a number of wounding qualities that didn't get converted to Con damage- mainly because they wanted to keep the wounding quality, but didn't want to make it so powerful (as Con damage is, undoubtedly, more powerful than 1 point of damage per round). The Bearded Devil, for example, in the Monster Manual, still inflicts wounds that deal 1 point of damage each following round.

However, on the Con-damage front, they've even made more progress on that as well. In the update booklet for the Monster Manual II, there's a weapon ability called Superior Wounding- or something like that- that costs as much as a +4 bonus, but deals 2 points of Con damage on each hit.

Using a kama defeats the purpose of the Invisible Blade PrC, neh? :)

Diirk,
No prob'.

UltimaGabe,
Yup, IIRC, it's called greater wounding, & is used by the Kelvezu Tanar'ri. Gawd they're a cool monster; even the Baxa pic' looks kinda' neat. :D
