"Land us as close as you can. Griff and Carrion try to clear the area of bystanders. They may have snipers. I will try to spot any sniper activity. Gremlin if you can deactivate any spotted terrorist weaponry. CPU you have the best range and can return fire."

OOC: mmm any chance for a master plan roll on the trip over? I'd likely try to bring up satellite photos (Google Earth?) of the area and point out strategic postions.. etc..etc..

OOC: The plan is very much as I posted Griff and Carrion being the strongest and fastest can clear wounded or endangered initially. I look for opposition and then start aiding another CPU's Blasts. Gremlin can try to take out enemy equipment and interpose for civilians and/or CPU and I. Civilian protection comes first in the plan.
Any obvious metahuman activity Carrion and Griff flank and double-team big tough looking opponents. Again Gremlin should initially try to fry devices. CPU attacks out of range oppnents. Not trying to tell ppl to play there characters though, but you enjoy a bonus when doing so ;)

(OOC: First you have to get there, which isn't hard)

*Griff flies the mile to town in a rush of flowing wind and deposits the van on the ground. Sniper fire rains down from the roofs of nearby buildings, though it is targeted at the fleeing civilians and not the invisible van--until CPU's battery from Thurston suddenly gives out and the van becomes visible again on the ground!*

(OOC: Other PCs can act now. You're on the streets near the building.)

OOC: That is true in D&D, I thought it was less so in M&M.
Highbrow has done it before in Bront's game. This post http://atomicthinktank.com/viewtopic.php?t=13400&highlight=aid&sid=0668a876b87934f8b7745a52d257c7f2 led me to believe you could aid ranged combat. But I feel kind of bad rules lawyering AGAIN and page 154 does state clearly you can aid a friend in melee if you are in position to attack. So I guess Highbrow wont aid CPU's ranged attacks but will just lay down covering and suppression fire with his pistol as part of the plan and aid melee attacks at range if the opportunity arises.
