*Highbrow heads up and performs a thorough investigation, going through every possibility in his mind in the blink of an eye as he performs a strip-search. He takes the man's wallet, though he doesn't see anything incriminating there. He does, however, notice a small insignia the man is wearing on the inside of his coat. Additionally, after taking off all his clothes, Highbrow sees a small ruby apparently embedded in the man's chest.*
