"Highbrow?" asks CPU over the mental link. If there is no answers, he will repeat it over the commlink. If there is no answer, he will nods at Gremlin's suggestion. "Gremlin, go on, and I'll follow soon. I'll just make sure the local authority handle things here before leaving." CPU finish to handle things on the catastroph site while Gremlin and Martin go take a look. He will quickly follow, using his teleport if it can haste him.

Sensing that things are getting a little chaotic, Gremlin uses the mindlink to talk to everyone in the group, I think we need to get ahold of Lt. Steele. Things have gone gunnysack here. The cat's out of the bag. It would be nice if he could smooth things over with the Turkish government. If not we need to get together and figure our next move. Since Highbrow is the only one here who speaks the language , we need him here as a point man when the Turks show up.

OOC: How is the situation on the crime site? Is everyone safe, is teh situation under control? Is teh authority have come yet?

*The heroes managed to save everyone who could be saved with remarkable alacrity, with much of it thanks to Griff and his incredible speed. The authorities who responded initially seem to have been killed, but police and firefighters have rushed to the scene and rescue crew are working on checking for others, just in case. Some of the police seem to have been questioning the people from the building, many of whom point to the Resolutes gratefully as they speak in Turkish. They have not bothered the Resolutes yet, though.*

Seeing the local authorities are in place, CPU come to Gremlin. "We will need to warn the headquater of the event, so they can contact the authorities before they call them, and we needs to know what happening with that gem."

OOC: In that case, what is Highbrow situation? The corpse exploded, but he is just wounded, not stunned or incapacitaed? Is teh gem still in his hand? It is teh corpse who had exploded? What looks like to have exploded, the corpse itself? The hearth? The lungs? A bomb inside the body?

(OOC: Highbrow was stunned for a round and injured. He is fine now. The body seemed to have exploded, not the gem, though the gem is gone now too--probably destroyed by the explosion, as it looked rather fragile)

OOC: I'm hoping Griff or Carrion can get us all together, and highbrow can follow our lead for a bit. Then we can go from there. I'd like to see some searches for the gem. Can Highbrow craft some kind of image of it? Maybe one of us should talk to the authorities and see if they know where a terrorist stronghold is. Maybe we can get one of the terrorists to squeeze some info out of. Some of my ideas, not sure where everyone else wants to go.
