Gremlin groans slightly and shakes his head. Looking up at Carrion, he points to a rocky knoll half a mile away and says, "Martin, can you give Highbrow and CPU a ride over there. We all need to get away from here and try to contact Steele. At the least, we need to regroup and talk about our next move."


After counting to thirty he calls out to Griff on the communicator, " Griff, I need a ride over there when you've cooled down."

 

[Lot]

Carrion nods and gets a decent grip on the two men.

"You gentlemen ready to fly the friendly skies."

With that, Carrion leaps into the sky, his wings grabbing air and propelling him rapidly. When he reaches a decent cruising altitude.

"Anyway, that could have gone better with Griff. He, like me, is not a soldier and I don't think he'll respond well to a firm hand. I'll talk to him when he calms down. Don't worry."

[SBLOCK=OOC]I just want to be sure everyone is in teh same place. CPU have start this discussion once the group have been in the air. Griff and Martin have taken the other three and once in teh air, CPU has covered the group with an illusion of teh cloud. Somewhere in teh air, Cedric have start to talk to Griff...[/SBLOCK]

OOC: That wasn't how I read it. CPU and Griff had their argument, Griff took off, and now we're trying to meet up and have a group hug. However RA wants to play it, I think our next move is for the group to come together away from the reporters and the scene of the attack. PS I thought the Illusion machine got junked.


oOC edit. after re-reading it, it works for us to be in the air as long as Griff comes down to get Gremlin

Once in the air, Cedric cover the group with an illsuion of a cloud. And then: "Griff, when you recieve an order..."

Well, as I have initiated the talk, and I have stated I was waiting for being on our way, flying above the good country of turkey, I think we are flying. CPU would have never tell that on the ground, where the camera could have catch that. The last thing he want to do, is to show that resolute are not acting like a team, that would be even worst than what Griff has done, who is a minor mistake.[/SBLOCK]

OOC:My slow connection strikes again. see my edited post below. Basically, Gremlin just needs to get airborne. Didn't the Illusion device get exhausted when we arrived at the scene?

(OOC: The illusion machine is fine and ready to go for the rest of the adventure. The super-cool battery got drained, though, I believe, so he needs a power source now. This could be a minor problem in later parts of the adventure (never mind--just came up with an awesome way around that), but still, he put it to good use )

[SBLOCK=OOC]No, I've been using the illusion without stopping, but I use my Datalink power to interface with the acmera and just push the off button (or if it wasn't possible, at least, the stop button), that why I ask you (Gremlin) to drain the battery (Neutralize)[/SBLOCK]
