I assume those with a number of ranks in Drive greater than 0 can almost certainly drive stick, and if you have 0 ranks, you probably can't. If nobody can, Highbrow can use his Mental Quickness combined with Jack of All Trades to teach himself how to drive stick reasonably 50x faster than a normal learner)

OOC: Yeah I believe Jack of all Trades allows me the Drive skill just at my Dex Modifier. (+0)

He can actually try the Drive DC rolls he is just not good at them. I could spend an HP to get 5 ranks with Beginner's Luck, but would only do so in an emergency or is needed to move the plot forward.

OOC: Interesting. But technically Jack of Trades doesnt give you Ranks.
It just gives you the Skill at no ranks. Highbrow should be able to drive a stick fly a plane or pick a pocket albeit at his modest dex level. It shouldnt matter if he has a 10 dex a 12 dex or a 30 dex he can use the skill due to the Feat.
