(OOC: He almost did, but he actually just answered the question that the super-speeds do have a sprint speed--he may not have been looking at the exact numbers on the chart and just answering off-hand, as the OP was asking a bit of a different question.

I'm not using the fast-and-loose sidebar option--I'm using the exact precise one underneath)

OOC: Okeydoke...Found a less ambiguous answer for you.

(OOC: Yipes--looks like I'm wrong! Thanks--that sidebar is incorrect, then. Everyone should ignore it for calculating movement speed. Being wrong by a factor of two is not fast and loose. It is just incorrect.)

OOC: So Griff can fly at 500mph accellerated? That means we make it in 24 mins or so?

Hawkeye

(OOC: Congratulations--hero4hire managed to win you a hero point for GM fiat due to effective rules-lawyering. You win! :) :o

You may want to use it to eliminate the fatigue from moving all-out.

Seriously, though. If you show up with that particular timing, you're likely to actually fail the adventure (it needed to either be significantly before or else about on time, twenty minutes early and you'd have gotten no clues at all)--gotta do this to make it more fun :)

I'll give you guys back a few extra minutes for when you go not in the rainstorm, though, getting you there at an even more exciting time than before :))

*Unfortunately, due to poor weather, Griff is only able to make it there at half-speed. By hurrying as fast as he can, he still manages to make it out of the storm and towards the city in time for everyone to hear a loud explosion as a blazing firestorm consumes a tall office building at the southeast of town, in the distance.*

(OOC: Everyone declare actions if you like! :) Griff is fatigued from moving all-out)

OOC: So Griff can still take an action, but has to take it a little slow? Might sound like a simple question, but I am new to the system and this is my first combat in the system.

Hawkeye
(OOC: He can take actions normally as long as he doesn't charge or move all out. Also, he has -2 Str and Dex. Otherwise, he's fine. This is until he rests or uses a Hero Point)

OOC: And since I haven't any hero points, I'll nee to rest at some point in time in the future. ;) This should take Griff's strength from 34 to 32 and his Dex to 10. I can still fly at 250 though, right?
