Don't know about my level... High I think considering I have a powerlevel of 20. Yes that's right. I am The Vecna. (I like to ad the The. Think it sounds better:))

And you can start talking about yourself in the third person then.

"If you smelllllll...what The Vecna...if cookin!"

I looked over all the other PC's on this list, and started to freak out, wondering why anyone would need nations when they've got these guys. So of course I began to make someone like those PCs. But, as is the truth all too often, I went completely out of control with his powers. I stopped when I realized that if I went any further, I'd have to write up his sidekick Bahamut. So, I've scaled it down to merely insanely powerful, to a description with few numbers.

Aurican, the Great Dragonix
Great Wyrm Gold Dragonix Wizard 20/ Sorcerer 20/ Cleric 20(Knowledge, Magic)/ Loremaster 10/ Archmage 5
Neutral Good

Aurican is a dragonix, the offspring of a dragon and a pheonix. He has all the powers of a great wyrm gold dragon, in addition to the abilities of a pheonix, making him a extremely powerful creature. In addition to his innate powers, Aurican is a highly skilled spellcaster, and has a dragon's hoard of wealth and magical items at his disposal.

Aurican appears at first as a normal Gold dragon, but is different in many aspects when a more careful observation is performed. Rather than a dragon's typical snout, he possess a more pointed face, akin to a beak, with none of the whiskers normally seen on Gold dragons. His scales taper to a longer point than a dragon's, with the ends being softer and more reddish-gold than the rest of the scale. The leathery membrane of the wing is covered in tiny scales that resemble feathers. Finally, his tail flares out, being wider at the end than at the base. Here, the scales are greatly lenghtened, with the color blending from gold to red through purple and dark blue at the tips. When dealing with humanoids, he assumes a much smaller form, that of a young elven man with short reddish-blonde hair.

You don't have to create powerful characters.
A simple 20th level character would have a Power Level of 1.

Then again, it's all just for fun.
To each his own, I say.

But I will say this - the next time someone tells me nobody likes to play evil characters, I'm going to laugh my rear end off. :)

Heh. Evil is fun! Down with the good guys! Trash the Oerth! Eat the elves! Stir-Fry the kender!

Incidentally, that is the ultimate threat the United Commonwealth of Toril holds over you.
It's not their 1,000 Power Level.
It's not their starships.
It's not their nuclear weapons and particle beams.
It's their kender.

All they have to do is open a Gate, hold it open with their powerful mages, and send a horde of kender through into your world.

Methinks you won't be dissing the United Commonwealth of Toril ...

Festy Dog's Character

My character (no details, just info on what he is):-

Silver Phase (90th lvl LE vampiric kobold):-

20 fighter, 20 rogue, 20monk, 10 duelist, 10 weaponmaster (rapier), 10 warmaster

He has a lot of magical gear but primarily he has in his possesion an artifact. A rapier called 'Duelist Soul', no details for it, it just kinda sits there and looks good but if i'm (i just came up with a kewl name and called it an artifact)

Khelarq Stonechoke (25th lvl LE duergar cohort)

5 Wizard, 10 Shadow Adept, 5 Arcane Devotee (Laduguer), 5 Archamge

For those who want to know a bit about this amazing kobold you can read this short story i have written just here:-

A dark grey kobold, lying in a small coffin stared out of red eyes into the carved ceiling of his crypt, an idea came to him and he sat up.
"Khelarq!" he yelled into the dark, silent passages outside.
A minute later a grey haired duergar appeared from the surrounding black. By then the kobold was nowhere to be seen.
"Did you call master?" Khelarq said into the room.
He gazed aound the small crypt. Intricate carvings coated the walls, depicting battles long past and pieces of his own battle for rulership of where he is now. He recognised many characters on the walls out of the stories told by Silver. A hand clamped itself firmly on Khelarq's shoulder.
"Your hearing does not deceive you friend," replied the kobold, after separating himself from the dark surrounds.
"None can match your skill in stealth and rapier, Silver Phase," complimented Khelarq.
"No time for flattery (there will always be someone better than you or I anyway), we have important things to discuss," said Silver Phase, "Have I ever told you of my past, like my friendship with and service of Kalanyr, and why i don't know my actual name?"
"I always thought you just kept it secret," Khelarq was brimming with curiosity.
Silver Phase walked over to the wall opposite the entrance, at the head of his coffin. He indicated some detailed carvings.
"Here is where I will start, for this is as far back as i can remember. Before that time I was a different kobold and i dare not seek divination upon who he was for i want nothing to do with him and as to why he would have been so deep in the DemonWeb Pits. Anyway it went like this:

Silver Phase awoke before a drow. It stood there glaring at him triumphantly. Silver looked around him, he didn't know where he was. His neck was sore and a finely made rapier lay next to him.
"What, did my friend's taste of you also suck out your fighting spirit? Come vermin duelist get back up and fight! Hahaha!" taunted the drow.
He guessed he was in the Abyss, everything around him was shifting and burning. There were teeth marks in his neck, he guessed he must have been bitten by a vampire. He looked around for one.
"You slew him dog goblin. Come fight or i'll eat you," the drow started looking irritated.
Silver stood up, then grasped the rapier tightly in his hand. It felt natural as if it was a part of him. He took up a fighting stance, this surprised him as he did it subconciously.
"Ahh, finally. Now we can continue. And I promise that was the last time I get someone to interfere,"the drow said smoothly.
"You won't have time to call another friend here," Silver replied sternly.
As the fight began anew another drow surveyed the situation.
"Arkanyl doesn't now what he's done, now he'll will be bettered for certain and he'll never be coming back. Hmmph. All the better for me i suppose, he won't be able to compete for the control of the drow empire and that will leave me, ha, what an arrogant fool. He should have ended the fight when he could have."
There was a flash of silver light and the rapier had pierced through the centre of Arkanyl's being, for a few seconds Arkanyl was in his Balor form and large visible cracks spread from him to the space around him. Silver pulled his rapier out and started backing off, flames began poking from the cracks in Arkanyl and the small area of the plane around him. With a flick of his wrist the other drow had made up his mind and a barrier appeared around the kobold. Then Arkanyl was violently torn apart from an explosion that came from inside of him. Flames washed around Silver's barrier and debris shattered against it. Then after everything settled the drow deactivated the barrier and appraoche the kobold.
"Greetings kobold, I'm known as Kalanyr, a brother of the recently decesed, and from your display of fighting prowess I believe we can aid each other considerably," Kalanyr grinned with his acquisition of a new pawn, "What do you call yourself kobold?"
Silver thought for a moment and considered the recent battle.
"My name is..... Silver Phase. You can call me Silver Phase," replied Silver.
"Excellant. Come with me Silver, alright if I call you that isn't it? I have big plans for you," said Kalanyr, as images of conquest danced through his mind.

That's my little intro, hope you like it! :D

History: What is part celestial, but not? Hellmaster Phibrizzo...Phibrizzo was born by the spawning stone in the chaos of limbo, he was not born of a celestial parent, yet through the random spawning stone he was infused partly with powers similar to that of the positive plane inhabitants. Due to this, he was kicked outof Limbo by his own slaadi race to fend off for his own. Since this time Phibrizzo has gained the powers of the death slaad, and the people who once scorned him now obey him outof fear at his command. Hellmaster Phibrizzo uses his enormous fighting ability in battle, which has been enhanced by several mechanical parts-adding 4 strengthened adamantine arms and adamantine tipped claws-but his lesser known form is that of a young child, a form which he uses to manipulate and spy on people he considers threats. Hellmaster Phibrizzo's personality could be considered sadistic, and he likes playing with weaker opponents.

Here's my balls...
Boy, you guys have 300 level characters and all you added was AC, HD, and Spells? Why waste the time?

Sanctus Punitor (In Latin: Holy Avenger), male elf (high) Pal10/Rgr10: CR 20; Size M (4 ft., 11 in. tall); HD 10d10 + 10d10; hp 113; Init +6 (+6 Dex); Spd 30 ft.; AC 16 (+6 Dex); Attack +25/+20/+15/+10 melee, or +26/+21/+16/+11 ranged; SV Fort +18, Ref +16, Will +12; AL LG; Str 20, Dex 22, Con 10, Int 12, Wis 15, Cha 18.

Ranger Spells Per Day: 2/2.

"I was born in the Gnarley Forest. My name at that time was Posterus Maligo-are (Future Contrive Evil). I was the son of a ranger and a commoner. My father was one of the elders of the Gnarley Forest when it came to passing that I, too, would become a ranger. I trained under the venerable Audax Miles (bold soldier). He was a man far beyond my father in skill, and was a powerful druid. He taught me how to fashion bows and weapons from the forest. He taught me how to find food in the wilds and make use of the lichens on the ground to create a primative narcotic that would slow the nerves of an opponent by simply mixing it with their food. When my mentor had taught me all he could, I began my search for purveyor of the mosfungus poison that had slowly killed my father. Mosfungus poison does no harm to a person in small doses, but taken over a lengthened period it kills someone in a way similar to a cold or other mild disease. The only significant trace of its existance is that after the corpse is burried, the mosfungus lichens grow there. Also called corpsegrass, it is symbolic of the end of a families life. The fact that my father died by it should have meant my families death, and to this day I still have the sickening curse that I myself have left no heir..."

"I earned my current title, the Holy Avenger Sanctus Punitor when I pursued and slayed my fathers assailant. Her name was Venenifer Venustas (Poisonous Lovely) the Lady. She was a High Elf woman raised by a Drow Priestess. She was an adolescent assassin when she killed my father. She was always spiteful of her race, believing that the Drow were fully superior and that she did not deserve life. She crept into my home, she crept into the people, and she turned us on ourselves. I was the first to truely discover her purpose through a trick of words and a fatal affair. When she revealed that she had poisoned me the same way she did my father I struck down her and her un-born child. That was my child. It was then that I left my people, and took my new name. In the eyes of them they honored me for making a sacrifice most men faint to have been forced to consider. They gave me the title Sanctus Punitor."

"I earned my sword when I returned to my people. I had been a paladin for the fifty years I was away. I rode in and out of conflict with the forsaken evils of the area. I met a man named Sapiens (wise) the Loremaster. He told me that I was meant to kill myself during those days when I took my mate and son's lives together. He told me that when I didn't I changed the fate that some evil deity had been plotting for me. I was meant to be the Creatura Novus (servant revived) of some Deity when it returned. I had created a paradox in some creatures plot that absconded centuries, my families breeding had been select, my upbringer had been chosen by forces outside my home, outside my people. I had the exact same physical body as a vampire servant of that deity, only in its undesecrated form. The only tool I was without was its vampiric sword and blood, things which I had narrowly avoided becoming afflicted with. I asked for a tool that could free me from my haunters and they granted me only narrow hints which led to a long and rather painful quest. The tool was a man named Tenser. He promised to destroy the vampiric unlife in that blightful blade. I quested off again to find that blade, which I bore down many opponents with as it sucked me into my nethersome destiny, but I managed to avoid all assailants blades and came back to tenser. When he attempted to re-define the blades purpose some paradox prevented the blade from being un-done. The blade had a future that was destined to it, and the blade had a past, irreconsilable. Time absconds a paradox and flung the sword away from us, leaving its sorrowless brother with me. The Holy blade Interfectio-onis Ferrum had a destiny that was the same as mine, and we both hated it. We left together to join our people and prevent our enemy from joining this world."

Interfectio-onis Ferrum (In Latin: A Killing Sword)
In the hands of any character other than a paladin, this sword performs as a normal +5 bastard sword. In the hands of a paladin, this holy (+10d6 holy damage against evil creatures) becomes a +6 bastard sword, creates a spell resistance of 25 in a 15-foot radius, and casts dispel magic (usable every round as a standard action) in a 20-foot radius at the class level of the paladin. (only the area dispel is possible, not the targeted dispel or counterspell versions of dispel magic).
