I'm planning on starting up a d20 Modern superheroes game using FCTF rules. I'd like to have 4-6 players, of which I already have two.
The game will be running on Starchat.
28 point weighted buy for characters, starting at 7th level with any mixture of Core classes and Advanced classes. Every character gets four Hero points per level-- "normal" characters apply these to less obvious "powers" like stat increases, skills, feats, and other such.
It's set in "The City"-- not in the Tick's universe, but a similar concept. I'm trying for a good mix of serious and goofy plot elements. "The City" is somewhere in the USA, and is a major metropolis, both an economic and political center. Secret societies of mystics battle it out with nefarious cults, while Ninja clans vie for dominance over the underworld.
