Hmmm, you are correct, it does say 2008. However the coupon code is not reducing the price at all, and I do not want to hit 'confirm' until I am sure. I seem to recall previous coupon codes (generally involving Christmas) working immediately. I may be wrong as to why the code is not appearing to work.

Sorry not to have noticed the year of expiration, it does make a difference, doesn't it?

The e-mail apparently reached me on Wednesday, just after midnight, so less than one full day of delay, for reasons unknown....

I'm not sure why the coupon wouldn't be reducing the price immediately. Some people on the IH boards have mentioned a similar problem. Perhaps the e-vendor's records haven't updated correctly.

Try it again tomorrow in case it is just a temporary propagation delay. If you're still having trouble, you'll need to follow up with your e-vender. We can get them to send you a coupon, but making the coupon actually work is something only they can do :)
 


If you bought the PDF before and don't receive the coupon, please PM me (or failing that, e-mail ironheroes (at) fierydragon.com) with the site you purchased it from, the order number, the e-mail used for the purchase and your preferred current e-mail.

Also, remember to check your junk/spam folder.

Nope, still not working.

I have addressed the problem to DTRPG's customer support. If they do not fix the problem I will give this revision a pass.

I am sorry that I made the assumption that the problem was on your end.

I never did get the coupon, or the replacement coupon, to work.

As a result I have decided not to deal with DTRPG ever again - this is a bug that they have had for several years, but it is still cropping up. So, I am done with them. RPGNow has a front end and coupons that actually work - so why do I have a feeling that it will be the buggy DTRPG one that OneBookShelf ends up with?

All requests for reissued coupons have been sent through to the vendor(s), so if you're still without one the best I can suggest is to contact the vendor directly.
