As interesting as that city looks, my attention has been completely grabbed by the snippet mentioning Monsternomicon 2. I've been wondering when vol 2 of that was going to be written. Nice to know the wait is almost over. I love MN1.

and I now have the place for my Ogrun backup character to come from - even better it fits that he uses unarmed combat dueto the weapon restrictions in the town for Ogrun - even better better he now gets unarmed combat as a bonus feat (though no polearm goodness, apart from all martial weapons from being a fighter!).

Seen bits of it and had much described to me while frothing with the DM, very very cool city concept and amazing amounts of detail.

If only weren't in a mine right now fighting cossacks over liquid metal rights I'd be trying to get the party to go visit!

Five Fingers is one of the best D20 books I've seen. I friggin' love it! Beautiful map, great detail on all the islands, well-written...I wish they released their RPG stuff more frequently.
Agreed. Saw it, bought it, enjoyed it. You should too!

I'm reading through it right now.

I love Privateer Press. LOVE them. At Gen Con I played in an adventure set in Five Fingers and it was an absolute blast. Picked up the book RIGHT AWAY afterwards. So very, very good. :)

The Character guide came out in 2003, since that release two new major events happened which has kinda outdated the book.

I'm also curious. What event's have transpired in the metaplot since Witchfire trilogy?

I hate you with the jealousy of a thousand green giants.
