More work on my campaign setting Ironbound: Chains of Phaetos; so here's the first write-up for the monk:
Both critiques of the write-up and of the idea are welcome. Oh, and the names of the Seven should give a clue to more cultures in developement (although I still have no idea what to do with halflings).
Should the Entheri Senshin be divided further into six main schools?

While there are number of martial traditions across Phaetos, there are two main traditions: The Entheri Senshin and Ru'ruk-kai.
The Entheri Senshin was founded by a group of seven individuals who sought out a martial discipline as a way to spiritual enlightenment. Their leader was Tyshin Zan, an elvin noble scion who was denied legitimacy because his father was an alfari elf and his mother was a telfari elf. The other six are Sketter the halfling, Morgan the human, Red Bear the Orc, Tan Fandel the half-elf, Ankentlaxu the gnome, and Jorghan the dwarf. Eschewing the common faiths, the Seven sought enlightenment by perfecting one's inner self and body.
The Ru'ruk-kai was founded by Jorghan after a schism developed in the philosophies between him and the other seven founders. Jorghan had developed a way to enhance one's body through the use of mystical runes, bound to the flesh in by a ritual that tattooed them on a monk's body. The other six though such a thing was sacrilege, disfiguring one's own body in search of power instead of relying on one's inner strength. Another tradition of the Ru'ruk-kai is the creation of magical items, with the ultimate goal to hone one's body to the point where one can forge with one's own fist instead of a hammer.
Both traditions are open to all races, but the Ru'ruk-kai particularly appeals to the dwarven aesthetic. The schism between traditions varies from school to school within each tradition. Between highly conservative martial schools, the schism is greatest. More open martial schools are more prone to live and let live, with the belief that everyone must find their own path to nirvana.
