As a player and sometime DM I do not endorse the following behaviour
A fellow party member and I picked up a slight case of lycanthropy from some mean rats in the slaughtergaard adventures and we are taking our new alignments very seriously. A blind mountain troll killed most of our party in the last meeting (Although we won in the end) the loot on the ground is much to pretty too let something silly like a couple of tired survivors stand in our way. They will fall easily to our bloodthirst. that being said, some questions
I am a Psion that levitated our Barbarian/DGN Shaman into the frey with some gnolls earlier and I'm wondering if now that I've shifted sides, is it allowed to simply lift the poor fool a foot off the ground to prevent him from walking around and using "tactics" to protect himself. I am well within the 40 minute duration of the power.

Can I use Psionics in Dire rat form?
and finally (an least importantly)
We lured the Troll into a 40ft deep 10ft cubed pit trap in the previous room....he fell into it but the DM decided that since the creature had a 15ft base he would stumble in but be caught by his arms...it climbed out one round later and took no damage.....is this how you would have handled it....then when it came backwards towards us we droped a porticullis from the doorway on it's head...I think it took 5d6 damage...is this how you would have handled it. If you are familiar with this adventure and want to shed some light...i would apreciate it
