Is Acquisitions Inc. switching to Daggerheart? Yes!

Looking at the videos of past pax live play, even though I’ve enjoyed most of them, it’s hard to top the 2015 to 2019ish or so shows. Maybe with waning interest or lower views and interactions, they want to shake things up OR just like our group after our long 3e/3.5/PF, we were ready for a change and went 5e.

Same. Losing Perkins and then Rothfuss marked a turning point for me. I still like the show, but it feels something was lost.

The plot becoming more convoluted with multiple realities and campaign resets didn't help, and I never fully warmed up to Crawford's style.

He's a great DM and much better than I will ever be, and kudos to him for being willing to take over from Perkins, but Perkins and Mercer kind of completely disappear into the story in a way that helps selling the show to me.

Was Jim Darkmagic a frog in the art that cycled through ala frog Thor from Walt Simonson in the 80s?
I give you their character art.

For anyone in the know: Do they eventually release the videos of these sessions to the general public on YouTube, or do they generally like keep to them on their service? (beacon.tv?)
