A incorrectly advertised price does not need to be honored. It is not considered a bait and switch, unless the offerer does not inform the customer that the price advertised is incorrect, and then charges a higher price for the purchase. No retailer is required, under any current US law, to honor an incorrectly advertised price, as that puts an undue burden on the offerer. An advertisement is not typically considered an offer (although in certain cases it is, check the Restatement of Contracts, 2nd for information on that), it is considered an offer to make an offer.
Of course, many companies would also prefer customer satisfaction, and will often honor the price if enough people complain, and especially if the press gets involved...but this doesn't sound like a big deal.
